Large living/ dining combination with fireplace. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom, full bath, and large loft with door. Loft could be used for home office or additional bedroom. Outside is a small backyard area and storage room. This lease will include a resident benefits package to assist with credit building, identify theft protection, air filter delivery, and more. Base application qualifications: a gross income of at least 4x the monthly rent, no prior evictions and no outstanding utility collections (i.e. gas, cable, electric, water, cell phones, etc...). $50 per adult application fee. All persons 18+ MUST complete an application. Persons whose credit has been negatively impacted by federal/state declared disasters may submit a letter of explanation (max 200 words) for consideration.
