River Oaks is an established apartment community that has been giving the people of Shreveport/Bossier a place to call home since it was built in 1985. We currently have 188 units with five different floor plans available. We offer efficiency-style units with an open floor plan as well as 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Both 6 and 12-month leasing options are available(short-term lease fees may apply). Situated just on the outskirts of West Shreveport, River Oaks provides its residents with peaceful and quiet country living while still being close to the conveniences of city life.
