This listing is for two units that are close together, if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). The building has an elevator. The spacious living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploration, with plush furnishings and plenty of natural light streaming through large windows. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances. The unit also features an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a heated rooftop pool, rooftop terrace, outdoor space, BBQ grill, and fitness center. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
