Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a late fee of $75/hr applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs.
