The upscale neighborhood is quiet & pleasant, but close to everything in town, and to I-10. All appliances including microwave and washer/dryer in the apartment. Water, gas, electric and trash are all taken care of by owner with one monthly utilities fee ($250). Great for a grad student or traveling nurse, there is also a storage unit on property available for the "extras" you may have(+$30) There is a back yard to sit out in, under the fig trees.
