There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term guests are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
