Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum is 2 pets (40lbs combined), but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
