The apartment is furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size. Unit amenities include air conditioning, a full kitchen with a dining table, toaster, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware, TV with streaming service, and free WiFi. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150.00 plus tax for the first pet and an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed. Excessive barking may result in fines.
