A smart-TV with streaming apps is installed for your entertainment, and complimentary coffee is provided. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
