Building amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, and elevator, while unit amenities feature air conditioning, a full kitchen, dining table, toaster, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware and utensils, washer and dryer, TV with streaming service, and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150.00 plus tax for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed. Excessive barking may result in fines. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items.
