Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
