Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are limited to cats, caged birds, and non-aggressive breeds of dogs (aggressive breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Husky, Akita, Bulldogs, German Shephard, and Bull terrier). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per property. Guests are responsible for all damages to property and people which may be caused by the pet. The maximum size of the pet is 50 lbs.
