Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Pet policies vary by location, and a $150.00 fee (plus tax) applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 (plus tax) for a second, totaling $400.00 (plus tax) for two pets.
