Outside the gate, catch the streetcar to all the sites of New Orleans. The cottage is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Touro hospital/medical complexes. All utilities (water, electricity, wifi) are included. Available for one month minimum lease and longer. The cottage is connected to our home via a shared corner and is in the back corner of our property making it safe and quiet place.
