House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Exceptions to the rules and regulations must be approved in writing in advance.
