Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
