For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. The property includes a two-car garage and street parking is also available. Enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, with working hours from 8am to 10pm. Located in the heart of Mid City, you'll be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and just across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar, and you'll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. Enjoy walking distance to restaurants and shops and proximity to one of the Mardi Gras routes. The townhouse has a maximum occupancy limit, and gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The property is non-smoking, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Must climb stairs to access the property.
