In the neighborhood is the Broadside Theatre, Hey! Coffee, CC’s, Cafe Degas, New Orleans Museum of Art, 1000 Figs, and City Park. This apartment has an open concept kitchen/living area and an in unit washer/dryer. There is a porch for some outside time.
