Renarda Richardson Porter is a seasoned business professional celebrating over 30 years as an entrepreneur. She holds an MBA from Clark Atlanta University and is a third-generation graduate of Dillard University. Her love of Real Estate started over 24 years with her own quest to purchase and invest in the real estate market. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, in 2009, Renarda owned and operated Body of Art Consulting Group located in Harvey, Louisiana and co-founded House of Art Gallery located in Brooklyn, New York. Renarda has worked as a consultant and negotiated licensing and publishing contracts for numerous renowned artists. Renarda is an award-winning Realtor having garnered multiple Quality Service Pinnacle Awards with 16 years in the Real Estate Industry. She is on the Professional Standards Committee for The New Orleans Metropolitan of Realtors. She has also worked on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Fair Housing Committee. She is a Multi-Million Dollar sales producer who also works tirelessly to give back to her community. 14 years ago, she established “Operation Houses for Heroes” which is a homeownership program dedicated to helping First Responders (Police Officers, Teachers, Nurses, Fire Fighters, Physicians and EMT’s). Renarda also is an advocate for the homeless community. She has been a volunteer since 2006 with the Good Samaritan Program which is dedicated to serving the homeless of New Orleans. Renarda believes in bridging the gap and empowering individuals to achieve their dreams of homeownership. Renarda has an At Home with Diversity Designation and C2EX which demonstrates commitment to excellence. She is a certified Relocation Specialist and has extensive experience assisting Veterans.
