Please only small pets allow like a cat or a small dog (less than 25Ibs). There is no washer/dryer, but there are hookups in the kitchen. This is a residential area, only ten to 15 minute walk to the Garden District and very close to I-10. Just need a quiet, respectful tenant. Water included in rent. Must pay your own gas/electricity.
