Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
