The apartment features a spacious living area, well equipped with modern technologies and cozy furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, catering to both quick snacks and elaborate meals. Enjoy the smart TV with streaming apps installed. The apartment boasts elegantly furnished bedrooms that provide serene retreats. Enjoy the outdoor pool. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just a block and a half away, the famous streetcars provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Just steps away from the property, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. Additionally, the area is rich in cultural festivals, art markets, and historic sites, offering endless opportunities for cultural immersion. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
