The apartment features a spacious living area, well equipped with modern technologies and cozy furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, catering to both quick snacks and elaborate meals. The elegantly furnished bedrooms provide serene retreats. Enjoy the smart TV with streaming apps installed. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away, indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. The famous streetcars, just a block and a half away, provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The area is rich in cultural festivals, art markets, and historic sites, offering endless opportunities for cultural immersion. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make it as suitable for leisure as it is for a remote work getaway.
