Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
