We have central AC/heat. This house is smart enabled with Keyless entry, Ring Cameras, Alexa Controlled lights and ceiling fans, with a Nest Smart thermostat and USB charging outlets throughout. Includes utilities *up to $150/Mo.*,trash pickup 1x/week, and gas & internet) $240 cleaning fee per stay.
