Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
