This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby. Premium Parking P346 is a 2-minute walk and typically costs $30–35 per night. Street parking in the Central Business District and Warehouse District is $3.00 an hour, while parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. We may use video surveillance in public areas for your safety. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
