No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, with violators charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
