Enjoy the convenience of an eat-in kitchenette, complete with a small dining table, vibrant chairs, and kitchen essentials like plates and glassware. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and Keurig coffee maker with pods. It is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, stemware, dish soap, and sponge. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, premium essential toiletries, an ironing board, steamer, luggage rack, and a smart TV. Free street parking is available. This centrally located apartment is just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street, and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. It is also within blocks of many Spring Festivals and all Mardi Gras has to offer. Smoking or vaping on the property, inside or outside, will result in a $250 cleaning fee and charges for any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property, and bringing a pet will result in a $250-$500 cleaning fee and a request to leave. No parties or events and no commercial photography are allowed.
