The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and Keurig coffee maker with pods and is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, stemware, dish soap, and sponge. Just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, this apartment is a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street, and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. Smoking or vaping on the property, inside or outside, will result in a $250 cleaning fee and charges for any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property, and bringing a pet will result in a $250-$500 cleaning fee and a request to leave. No commercial photography is allowed.
