The living room is styled with a sofa, a swivel chair with small table and a coffee table perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, stemware, dish soap and sponge. Other amenities include high-speed internet, premium essential toiletries, an ironing board, steamer, luggage rack and a Smart TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, sink and Keurig coffee maker with pods. Just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, this apartment is a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. It is also within blocks of many Spring Festivals and all Mardi Gras has to offer. This is a non-smoking space, and if you smoke here, inside or outside, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed, and if you are found to have brought a pet you will be charged a $250-$500 cleaning fee and will be asked to leave.
