The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and Keurig coffee maker with pods. It is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, stemware, dish soap, and sponge. Other amenities include high-speed internet, premium essential toiletries, an ironing board, steamer, luggage rack, and a smart TV. Just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, this apartment is a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street, and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. It is also within blocks of many Spring Festivals and all Mardi Gras has to offer. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke on the property, inside or outside, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property. If you are found to have brought a pet you will be charged a $250-$500 cleaning fee and will be asked to leave. No commercial photography is allowed.
