Optional daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered for an upgrade fee based on availability. Gatherings over 8 people, including both guests and visitors, are not allowed. No extra guests or visitors without prior approval. Maximum overnight occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine and cleaning fees if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, with a $200 fine for violations. Local guests within 100 miles must contact the host before booking. No house parties or illegal substances are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
