Just one block off St. Charles Avenue, this residence offers a perfect mix of classic New Orleans charm and modern comfort. The secure, gated compound features a large private courtyard and a shared swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the building with no elevator. This modern space boasts high ceilings and interior design details, featuring a spacious living and dining room. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen comes with modern stainless steel appliances, and the home is adorned with hardwood floors throughout. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, and the modern bathroom includes tiles, a bathtub, and amenities. The residence has no dedicated parking, only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. You'll be steps away from the St. Charles Streetcar, providing easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, and all the vibrant neighborhoods of New Orleans. The Central Business District, Superdome, and Smoothie King Center are also within walking distance or a quick Lyft ride. From world-class dining to live music, everything that makes New Orleans special is right at your fingertips. Located just a block from public transportation, including St. Charles Streetcar, it's a short ride to French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. Magazine St is 2 miles away, Harrah's New Orleans Casino is 1.6 miles from your condo, and it's under 2 miles from Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Audubon Aquarium, and House of Blues. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 24 miles from the condo, and the nearest neighborhood Walgreens is only a 1-minute walking distance. Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking in the unit, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Your unit number is 1523B. The main door to your unit is located within the courtyard, so you’ll need to enter the courtyard first before reaching your unit. The courtyard has two gate entrances: First Gate is located between 1525 and 1527 Carondelet St. Use the gate code provided to open this courtyard entrance. Second Gate is located at 1719 Terpsichore St. Use the same gate code for access. Once inside the courtyard, follow the directions to your unit’s main door. We may use video surveillance in public areas. We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. If early check-in or late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email or text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
