Smoking is not allowed in the unit, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine.
