This modern and spacious 1-bedroom condo features an amazing city view from the rooftop, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. It boasts a modern design with high ceilings, a full kitchen and bathroom amenities, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a spacious living room with a soft pull-out sofa. With a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll be able to serve a home-cooked meal on the nights that you just don’t feel like eating out. Imagine unwinding on the rooftop after a day of exploring and watching a beautiful sunset against the city skyline. Paid parking is available in the building, but parking spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Only a block away from Canal Street, this condo gives you access to all kinds of public transportation. The convention center is just 1.6 miles away. Parking spots are limited, and you can secure your spot by booking in advance. Detailed instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, and you will be notified via email or text message if this option becomes available. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine.
