You are viewing a Fabulous New Marigny Old School double that was renovated from the front door to the the rear door only 1 yr ago. It’s location is walking distance to new Starbucks, Robe’rts Fresh Market Grocery, less than 2 miles from French Quarter and many restaurants. It has 12 ft ceilings throughout the house, original hardwood floors, exposed original brick above each of the four fireplaces. The large kitchen has new floors, new countertop, new cabinets, new plumbing, beautiful chandelier, new appliances as shown on pictures. The washroom is very nice too. The bath room has a pocket door with a separate custom shower, claw foot tub for soaking and new vanity. Next door neighbor is super quiet! We are a local 25 yr owners . Non smokers please.
