Near many neighborhood bars and restaurants. Two blocks to Coliseum Park. One block to St. Charles Streetcar. A walkable mile to Superdome, French Quarter and Convention Center. The private secure patio is fabulous. Full sized washer and dryer in the separate shed in back of the house. This is good because, while doing laundry, you don't hear the clothes being washed. Must see to believe this place. Ideal for 1 or 2 renters.
