There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
