There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences.
