Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the building. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
