Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length.
