The fully equipped kitchen and free on-site laundry services, located on the second floor off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway, add convenience to your stay. Building amenities include a smoke-free property, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. Located in the bustling Central Business District, this apartment provides the perfect base to explore the Big Easy. Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues are all nearby. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds) are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on the length of stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
