The on-site laundry services are free to use, and you can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day.
