Morial Convention Center, this apartment offers a prime setting for both business and leisure. With easy access to world-renowned dining, lively bars, and cultural landmarks, it provides the perfect base for experiencing the very best of the Crescent City. Ideally located near the Central Business District, this newly renovated apartment features a charming kitchenette, a patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The on-site laundry services are free to use, and you can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans, located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering the perfect setting for both business and leisure. From towering skyscrapers to art-filled galleries and upscale dining spots, the CBD has it all. Just a short walk away, you can explore the lively streets of the French Quarter, discover the city’s jazz history, or enjoy world-class cuisine. Nearby attractions include Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check-out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Want to enhance your stay? Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for a hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
