There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule.
