Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are permitted, and an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length will be collected separately. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided.
