Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
