This booking is for two units that are close together, if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Each newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, a memory foam Nest Bed, and a 4K Smart TV with streaming apps installed. The building offers a fully equipped gym and a lobby area. You can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and access to a common laundry area with a washer and dryer. If you're traveling by car, be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering the perfect setting for both business and leisure. From towering skyscrapers to art-filled galleries and upscale dining spots, the CBD has it all. Just a short walk away, you can explore the lively streets of the French Quarter, discover the city’s jazz history, or enjoy world-class cuisine. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, and an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
