The on-site laundry services are free to use and can be found on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. You can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a Smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for additional fees. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy check-in and check-out with a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
