Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length.
