There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are allowed.
