House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with a $500 fine. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine.
